MONTREAL EN LUMIERE

Yup you read right, it's Nuit Blanche season in Montreal! Last weekend we decided to get a well needed dose of Montreal. It was also the fist weekend of the Montreal chapter of Nuit Blanche. In true Montreal fashion, it’s quite different. For starters, it’s not a one night art show; it’s more of a creative, week-long arts festival. They even had fireworks in the middle of the city!

I jokingly call Montreal Projection city, but it’s kinda true. On any given night you can find cool animation or video projects on random buildings.

I'm usually a big chicken when it comes to anything close to a roller coaster, but for some reason I really wanted to this! And yes, I know this isn't a roller coaster but this is as big as it gets for me :) Unfortunately the line was super long and closed before we got a chance to hop on :(

Even the Haitian Tourist board was in on the night of fun with this "jolly bus" concept.

During this week there will be a variety of different events, you can check them out here.

The all night show will be this coming Saturday, the entire city will be buzzing with action! There will be free bus rides that can take you around & if you prefer the Metro, they will have a special $5 pass if you want to park and ride, you can check out the locations here.

See you there :) Tafui
